"Education is a key component of the business", says Cooke, "as many customers are not familiar with the different species of wood and how they are graded.
There are a lot of wood products out there but it's not all the same quality. It's very confusing at first to most people. It's definitely worth their time to drop by and talk with a staff member at Vintage Hardwood Flooring. We are very experienced in the business."
